Lars-Eric Lundgren has been in the EDA-business for more than 20 years and was founder and CEO of HARDI Electronics AB in Sweden. HARDI invented a modular, LEGO-like system for ASIC-prototyping called HAPS. HARDI was acquired by Synplicity in 2007. HAPS is now part of Synopsys through the acquisition of Synplicity by Synopsys in 2008.

Doug Lyons has been a partner in the Road Warrior Consulting Group where his consulting experience included business development, strategic partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions. He worked as VP of Worldwide Emerging Technology Sales at Mentor Graphics, and VP of Worldwide Sales and Customer Support at Virtual Silicon. He also worked at Motorola Semiconductor, Daisy Systems, and numerous startups. He has also done angel investing including Trimble Navigation and Boschert. Doug received a BSEE from University of Buffalo and MBA from the George Washington University. He has taught yoga over 10 years and owns NuLife Yoga.

Finn Persson is Partner and co-founder of Spintop Ventures. Spintop is an early stage venture firm supported by a group of seasoned tech entrepreneurs and private investors.Prior to his work with early stage technology companies, Finn was a Partner at McKinsey & Company where he led the Scandinavian activities within Telecommunications, IT and Media. Finn has a MSc in Engineering Physics from Lund University.
